We are not fast. you can look at it as a bad thing, or you could look at it like this: if you won't get your order for a week or two, you have time to let the thrill of anticipation build up. or this: you might forget that you made an order and end up with a surprise "gift" in the mail, from yourself. pretty great, huh? alright fine. We know we're not kidding anyone and that everyone wants their very own Scribblit or Doodlie right now. We mourn with you during the seemingly eternal wait time between now and when your order arrives. our condolences in the interim.

All items from Scribblits n Doodlies are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your purchase.

Production Time

Production usually takes 3–7 business days.

During busy seasons, holidays, or high order volume, production may take up to 10 business days.

Orders are considered on schedule if they are still within these timeframes.

Shipping Time (After Production)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

These are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

Delays can occur due to weather, customs, postal disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, we may accept orders for items that are temporarily out of stock but expected to return soon.

If this happens:

  • Production may take longer than usual

  • We’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay

  • If an item becomes unavailable, you may choose a refund or replacement

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help investigate and work toward a solution.

Important Notes

Because items are custom-made:

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates

  • Shipping delays within the above timeframes are considered normal

  • Refunds are not issued for delays that fall within expected production or shipping windows
