Items are made to order and so returns work a little differently here than in the Big League stores, ok?


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Size & Fit

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Slight variations (usually within about 1 inch) can happen during manufacturing.

If a size doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to return the item under our standard return policy. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Comparing measurements to a favorite garment at home is the best way to choose a size.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Please contact us as soon as your order arrives and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any related shipping costs.


Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order and request a return for the original one.


Processing & Shipping Times

All items are made to order. Production and shipping take time, and estimates are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Orders that are still within the posted processing window are considered on time. Refunds or cancellations aren’t issued for orders that are still within those timeframes.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times can vary.
